ABOUT
Stanley is a tech-friendly and eco-conscious college student who embraces paperless solutions to everything from class notes to coupons. He has his phone with him at all times.

Freya is a young professional with a “work hard play hard” attitude. She looks forward to festivals every year, and loves to go out with friends on weekends to socialize and relax from her stressful job.

NEEDS

Stanley likes to optimize his life and routines, and encourage others to do so as well. He wants to see more digital solutions replacing single-use paper, and embrace technology to reduce landfill waste.
She cares about convenience and spontaneity, and wants to worry about fewer things while trying to relax and have fun.

PAIN POINTS

Digital solutions are not always accepted at some places. Having items scattered across multiple apps makes digital solutions inconvenient sometimes.
Having to carry physical items as well as her phone results in an increased chance of losing them.

the
problem...

While living in a busy life, some prefer to not carrying much when they’re out and about to lower the chance of losing it. Many people wanted to minimize their contribution in environmental waste and want to change their behavior by using modern digital solution.

Scenario

Then she shows her ID and uses quickpay to purchase an alcoholic beverage. Then, she buys a T-shirt from her favorite band.

Testing Feedback

  • Q1 : Is the design intuitive to navigate?

The design is straightforward and easy to navigate. The welcome screen was a familiar layout and seeing the menu, they correctly got to each task destination.
  • Q2 : What problems did you have? Is there anything that could make your experience easier?

People thought that the quick pay icon was unclear, and mixed feelings that plane boarding passes should be with “transportation” or “tickets”.
  • Q3 : Do you feel comfortable that all your needs are in a wallet now that could be stored in an app?

People were more comfortable using the quick pay or bank card storage features knowing that there was also a Face ID verification.
